Step One - Call

Step Two - Ship
Pack your media securely and include your name and phone number inside the box. Ship it to:

Step Three - Get a call
Once your package arrives, we’ll carefully review everything you sent and call you with the exact total. We’ll answer any questions you may have and wait for your approval before beginning the transfer.
Step Four - Give the Okay & Pay
If everything sounds good, approve the order and pay over the phone. Then we’ll get to work.
Step Five - Get your memories back.
We’ll return your originals along with your completed transfers.
Should I call before mailing my tapes and films?
A quick phone call lets us discuss what you have, answer your questions, and make sure you know what to include before shipping.
How will I know when you receive my package?
Once your package arrives, we’ll examine what you sent and call you with the exact total.
How should I pack my memories so they arrive safely?
Place everything in a sturdy box with enough packing material to prevent the items from moving. Include your name, phone number, and a brief description of what you would like done.
Will you begin the work before I approve the total cost?
No. We will explain the cost and wait for your approval before beginning any transfer work.
Should I use USPS Priority Mail, tracking, or shipping insurance?
We recommend using a shipping service that includes tracking. USPS Priority Mail is a convenient option, and you may add insurance if you feel it is appropriate for your package.
How do I approve the order and make my payment?
You can approve the work and securely pay by credit or debit card during our phone call.

8mm & Super 8 Film to Digital. $13 per 50ft (the small one), Each reel is hand-cleaned and scanned at 2K frame by frame for flicker-free digital results. (0.26 per foot).
16mm Silent Movie Film
16mm Silent Film to Digital. Three-inch reel: $17.50. Each reel is hand-cleaned and scanned at 2K, frame by frame, for flicker-free digital results. (0.35 per foot).
