This is the standard size most home movie film came back on after developing — 50 feet of film.
Holds the same amount of film as four 3-inch reels spliced together. $40.00 per reel.
Holds the same as eight 3-inch reels spliced together. $80.00 per reel.

At Curtis Media Transfer, all work is done in-house — nothing is shipped out, and nothing is outsourced. Unlike many others, we’re a full-time, family-run storefront located in the Grove Park Office Suites in Huber Heights. You don’t need an appointment. Just stop in during our regular hours: Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 1 PM.
We return your original media safely after transfer, and we’re always available to talk face-to-face. We’re not a side gig in someone’s garage — we’re a real business with real roots.

Do I get my 8mm films back?
Yes, your original films will be returned to you after the transfer.
Do I pay up front?
Yes. However, if any of your films are blank or can’t be transferred, we’ll refund your card immediately. No hassle.
Do you ship me a box?
No. We keep things simple — just drop them off or ship them using packaging you already have.
If I mail in my tapes, how much is return shipping?
$12.00 flat rate. We’ll return your originals along with your completed transfers.
What are your walk-in hours?
Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM Saturday: 10 AM – 1 PM No appointment needed.
Is it true your lobby is like a mini museum?
